‘The Cotswold Lion’ is a specific breed of sheep only found in the Cotswolds, it has a very thick wool, during Anglo Saxon times the wool manufacturing industry thrived. The healthy revenue generated from the Lion’s wool, shaped many of the villages and market towns we like to visit today. The park’s location is the perfect springboard’ so that you can venture out and visit these picturesque places.
Here at the park, situated on Kingfisher Lake, we have a glorious spacious two-bedroom caravan, ‘Waterfront Lodge’ it has a large balcony that overlooks the fishing lake, for Anglers this is a fantastic fishing spot.

The Space
The entrance welcomes you into an open plan galley kitchen’ it is fully equipped, separate under the counter, fridge and freezer, a double sink, this kitchen has plenty of storage cupboards and a wine rack. There is a round glass dining table, the whole kitchen, dining area is lit up beautifully by pendant lighting.
The lounge is a generous size, it has a large three-seater sofa’ and two swivel armchairs, TV and DVD player. Electric heater with flame effect.
The Master bedroom is neatly put together, it has a king size bed and a large dressing table with draws and built in wardrobe, its own private ensuite bathroom, bath with overhead shower. The second bedroom is a stylish twin room with an additional shower room.
This caravan really does tick many boxes, has a lake view, its own bespoke Wifi, this accommodation is pet friendly and suitable for all ages.

Guest Access
- There are several parking spaces close by so you can park up and unload your belongings easily. Parking is free.
- Access to the caravan is via key safe. Check-in instructions are sent approximately a week prior to the holiday start date with the key code.
- Check-in time is 3pm.
- Check-out is 10am. A later check-out time can be requested until 12pm at an extra charge of £35. (Subject to availability)
Other things to note
- This is the perfect location for fishing, whether you are an experienced fisherman or a novice, this is the perfect spot for anglers of all abilities.
- We love dogs and they are very welcome to stay here, it is an additional £30 to bring them along, please do inform us when making your reservation.
- We have BBQs available for use, but they are your responsibility, we do not provide coals. It is very important that are only used on the grassy areas beside your accommodation. Please note, for safety reasons, they not permitted on the balcony or on any decking areas.
- Please take the BBQ’s as you find them, they are not always perfect, they are a token gesture. We prefer you leave them as clean as you can.
- We have other caravans nearby if you are considering a group booking.
Passes to the Resort
Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
