Situated close to Heron Lake we have several perfectly formed holiday cabins. These wooden havens provide an opportunity for an unforgettable holiday. Each cabin is unique they are all decorated and furnished differently. Our cabins offer affordable accommodation.

The Space
Spring Cabin has an open plan lounge and kitchen area. Space is light an airy and has patio doors opening onto a large very sunny decking area, with outdoor table and chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped and neatly presented plenty of cupboard space for groceries.
The lounge has a sociable layout, there is a dining table that seats 4, a comfortable sofas and mini armchairs.
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and drawers. The second bedroom is a twin room. The family shower room is a new modern wet room with toilet, basin, and shower.
Spring Cabin is perfect for all ages however please note this cabin is strictly no pets, therefore it is perfect for guests who many suffer with pet allergies.

Access
- There is plenty of parking spaces in the car park to the side of this cabin so it is easy to park up and unload your belongings. Parking is free.
- Access to the cabin is via key safe. Check-in instructions are sent approximately a week prior to the holiday start date with the key code.
- Check-in time is 3pm.
- Check-out is 10am. A later check-out time can be requested until 12pm at an extra charge of £35. (Subject to availability)
Other Things to Note
- Please bring your own towels.
- We have BBQs available for use, they are fully your responsibility, we do not provide coals. It is very important that are only used on the grassy areas beside your accommodation. Please note, for safety reasons, they not permitted on the balcony or on any decking areas.
- Please take the BBQ’s as you find them, they are not always perfect, they are a token gesture. We prefer you leave them as clean as you can.
- We have other accommodations nearby if you are considering a group booking.
Resort Passes
Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
