Spring Meadow is a quiet cul-de-sac’ full of premium caravans. They have large decking areas and private driveways.
‘Meadow Lodge’ is a large, modern 2-bedroom caravan that sleeps 4, however there is a sofa bed so extra guests can sleep in the lounge, therefore this caravan can sleep up to 6 guests.

The space
‘Meadow Lodge’ has a modern integrated kitchen which is spacious, fully equipped and neatly arranged, it has a large fridge/freezer and a washing machine. In the heart of the kitchen there is a dining room table this is a great social space to enjoy.
‘Meadow Lodge’ has its own bespoke wifi, so you can connect your devices, enjoy all your favourite music and movies.
The lounge has a large comfortable sofa and 2 chairs. The sofa converts into a large sofa bed, there is a beautiful fireplace with a flame effect fire and a large flat screen TV and DVD player.
The patio doors open onto the spacious outdoor decking area, where there is comfortable patio furniture.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, a dressing table and a large wardrobe. There is a full size bathroom with shower over the bath. The second bedroom is a twin room and there is separate shower room with a toilet and sink.
This caravan is suitable for all ages and it is pet friendly.

Guest Access
- There is a parking space directly Infront of this caravan. It is easy to park up and unload your belongings, there is additional parking close by if you have more than one vehicle. Parking is free.
- Access to the caravan is via key safe. Check-in instructions are sent approximately a week prior to the holiday start date with the key code.
- Check-in time is 3pm.
- Check-out is 10am. A later check-out time can be requested until 12pm at an extra charge of £35. (Subject to availability)
Other things to note
- Please bring your own towels.
- We have BBQs available for use, they are fully your responsibility, we do not provide coals. It is very important that are only used on the grassy areas beside your accommodation. Please note, for safety reasons, they not permitted on the balcony or on any decking areas.
- Please take the BBQ’s as you find them, they are not always perfect, they are a token gesture. We prefer you leave them as clean as you can.
- We have other caravans nearby if you are considering a group booking.
Resort Passes
Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
