Positioned at the top of Kingfisher Lake, we have a luxurious 2-bedroom caravan.
‘Lakewood’ presents the perfect opportunity for people to escape the day to day, whether you are looking for an excuse to treat yourself, or perhaps looking for a romantic getaway this stylish caravan is special place to stay, leaving you feeling, refreshed, and well and truly spoilt.
Remarkably it shares a resemblance to a modern apartment, however it is situated in country-side bliss. The outside deck is the ideal spot to relax, unwind and watch the world go by.

The space
The integrated galley kitchen is elegantly put together. Behind it’s smooth and minimalistic appearance, the kitchen is fully equipped. The breakfast bar is an enjoyable place to sit, it has two comfortable leather stools.
There is a glass dining table, which is lit up with glass pendant mood lighting.
The lounge has two large sofas, a chair that converts to an extra sleeping space, stylish lamps and textured soft furnishings. There is a wall mounted smart TV with a surround sound system, above a modern electrical fireplace with flame effect that heats the room. There are various USB charging points. Bespoke Wifi is available throughout.
The Master bedroom comprises of a king size bed and private ensuite shower room. Stylish and in keeping with the caravan, the second bedroom is a comfortable twin room. The Main bathroom has a modern shower cubical and facilities.

Guest Access
- There are several parking spaces a short walk away so you can park up and unload your belongings. Parking is free.
- Access to the caravan is via key safe. Check-in instructions are sent approximately a week prior to the holiday start date with the key code.
- Check-in time is 3pm.
- Check-out is 10am. A later check-out time can be requested until 12pm at an extra charge of £35. (Subject to availability)
Other things to note
- This is the perfect location for fishing, whether you are an experienced fisherman or a novice, this is the perfect spot for anglers of all abilities.
- We love dogs and they are very welcome to stay here, it is an additional £30 to bring them along, please do inform us when making your reservation.
- We have BBQs available for use, but they are your responsibility, we do not provide coals. It is very important that are only used on the grassy areas beside your accommodation. Please note, for safety reasons, they not permitted on the balcony or on any decking areas.
- Please take the BBQ’s as you find them, they are not always perfect, they are a token gesture. We prefer you leave them as clean as you can.
- We have other caravans nearby if you are considering a group booking.
Resort Passes
Hoburne Passes are £55. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
