Here we are very close to the pretty Roman market town of Cirencester, with boutique shops, lovely restaurants and coffee shops all set in the ancient Abbey.
Situated at the bottom of Kingfisher Lake we have ‘Lakeview’ this is a 3-bedroom caravan which sleeps 6, it has a sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests.
This caravan provides an opportunity for an unforgettable holiday, it is suitable for all ages and it is pet friendly. This charming caravan has patio doors that open onto decking to enjoy the spectacular views across Kingfisher Lake. For anglers this is a great fishing spot.

The space
This beautifully equipped caravan has everything you need for a relaxing break in the Cotswolds.
Inside this classic style holiday home, the kitchen is neatly arranged and well equipped, there is a dining room table which seats 4.
The lounge has a charming layout, the L shaped sofa converts into a large sofa bed for extra guests to enjoy, there is an electric fire with flame effect and a flat screen TV.
The main bedroom has a double bed and a wall mounted TV, its own private ensuite facilities.
The second and third bedrooms are twin rooms, there is a separate family shower room.

Guest Access
- There are several parking spaces close by so you can park up and unload your belongings easily. Parking is free.
- Access to the caravan is via key safe. Check-in instructions are sent approximately a week prior to the holiday start date with the key code.
- Check-in time is 3pm.
- Check-out is 10am. A later check-out time can be requested until 12pm at an extra charge of £35. (Subject to availability)
Other things to note
- This is the perfect location for fishing, whether you are an experienced fisherman or a novice, this is the perfect spot for anglers of all abilities.
- We love dogs and they are very welcome to stay here, it is an additional £30 to bring them along, please do inform us when making your reservation.
- We have BBQs available for use, but they are your responsibility, we do not provide coals. It is very important that are only used on the grassy areas beside your accommodation. Please note, for safety reasons, they not permitted on the balcony or on any decking areas.
- Please take the BBQ’s as you find them, they are not always perfect, they are a token gesture. We prefer you leave them as clean as you can.
- We have other caravans nearby if you are considering a group booking.
Passes to the Resort
Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
