The Space

‘Beech Lodge’ has a large open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, stylishly decorated and its features include a lovely large dining table, dishwasher, and a large fridge freezer.

The lounge is spacious, there is a large dining table that seats 6, it has a comfortable sofa and two brown leather armchairs, a flat screen and an electric fireplace.

Along the corridor there is a family bathroom with a shower over a bath.  The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room, a spacious wardrobe with extra cupboard space and there is a small wall mounted TV.

Stylish and in accordance with the rest of the lodge, the second bedroom is a twin room with a single bed and a bunkbed, dressing table and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has bunkbeds, this room also has a little dressing table and a wardrobe.

This lodge is perfect for all ages, it is also pet friendly.

Guest Access

• There is a parking a short distance from the Lodge. It is easy to park up and unload your belongings. Parking is free. 

• Access to the Lodge is via key safe. Check-in instructions are sent approximately a week prior to the holiday start date with the key code.

• Check-in time is 3pm.

• Check-out is 10am. A later check-out time can be requested until 12pm at an extra charge of £35. (Subject to availability)

Other things to note

• Please bring your own towels.

• We love dogs and they are very welcome to stay here. It is an additional £30 to bring them along, please do inform us when making your reservation.

• We have BBQs available for use, they are fully your responsibility, we do not provide coals. It is very important that are only used on the grassy areas beside your accommodation. Please note, for safety reasons, they not permitted on the balcony or on any decking areas.

• Please take the BBQ’s as you find them, they are not always perfect, they are a token gesture. We prefer you leave them as clean as you can.

• We have other Lodges nearby if you are considering a group booking.

Resort Passes

Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
