The space

‘Kingfisher Corner’ is a classic style caravan on the lakeside. It has an open plan layout, it’s a sociable space to enjoy. It has a fully equipped kitchen which is neatly arranged with plenty of cupboard space for groceries.

The dining table has 2 chairs and bench seating and the lounge has a comfortable wrap around sofa. There is a flat screen TV, an electric fireplace and air conditioning.

The Master bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.  This room has its own private ensuite facilities.

The second bedroom is a comfortable twin room with a wardrobe, beside a family shower room.

The sunny decking in the warmer weather is the perfect spot to enjoy the lake view in the sunshine. This caravan is suitable for all ages and it is pet friendly.

Guest Access

• There is a parking a short distance from the caravan. It is easy to park up and unload your belongings. Parking is free. 

• Access to the caravan is via key safe. Check-in instructions are sent approximately a week prior to the holiday start date with the key code.

• Check-in time is 3pm.

• Check-out is 10am. A later check-out time can be requested until 12pm at an extra charge of £35. (Subject to availability)

Other things to note

• Please bring your own towels.

• We love dogs and they are very welcome to stay here. It is an additional £30 to bring them along, please do inform us when making your reservation.

• This is the perfect location for fishing, whether you are an experienced fisherman or a novice, this is the perfect spot for anglers of all abilities.

• We have BBQs available for use, they are fully your responsibility, we do not provide coals. It is very important that are only used on the grassy areas beside your accommodation. Please note, for safety reasons, they not permitted on the balcony or on any decking areas.

• Please take the BBQ’s as you find them, they are not always perfect, they are a token gesture. We prefer you leave them as clean as you can.

• We have other caravans nearby if you are considering a group booking.

Resort Passes

Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
