The Cotswolds is at the heart of England’s picturesque countryside, rich with history.
Positioned at the top of Mallard Lake is one of our largest caravans. We have affectionately named it ‘Flamingo Lodge’. This beauty has a generous layout, it is very well equipped throughout with patio doors that open outwards onto the deck so you can enjoy the glorious lakeside view.
Flamingo Lodge is impressive, it sleeps 7 guests comfortably.

The space
For those who really enjoy being the ‘host’ Flamingo Lodge offers space to entertain family and friends. The kitchen is integrated, with wood grain effect finish, we have ensured it is well equipped and neatly arranged. The dining table is lit up by rustic style ceiling lights.
The master bedroom has a double bed, private ensuite facilities and wall mounted TV, dressing table and double wardrobe. The second bedroom is a standard twin room, the third bedroom has a single bed and bunkbeds to enjoy!
The lounge has a large sofa that converts onto a comfortable sofa bed, it also has two armchairs that recline, a flat screen smart TV. The fireplace has an elegant traditional style electric stove which heats up the room.
Flamingo Lodge has its own bespoke Wifi. The strong internet connection means you can bring along your electrical devices from home, enjoy your favourite music, movies, Tik Tok’ or whatever you enjoy.
Outside you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views, partake in some fishing, or maybe chill out with a glass of wine and a BBQ on a sunny summers evening.

Guest Access
- There are several parking spaces close by. It is easy to park up and unload your belongings. Parking is free.
- Access to the caravan is via a ramp, accessible for wheelchair users.
- Access to the caravan is via key safe. Check-in instructions are sent approximately a week prior to the holiday start date with the key code.
- Check-in time is 3pm.
- Check-out is 10am. A later check-out time can be requested until 12pm at an extra charge of £35. (Subject to availability)
Other things to note
- This is the perfect location for fishing, whether you are an experienced fisherman or a novice, this is the perfect spot for anglers of all abilities.
- We love dogs and they are very welcome to stay here, it is an additional £30 to bring them along, please do inform us when making your reservation.
- We have BBQs available for use, but they are fully your responsibility, we do not provide coals. It is very important that are only used on the grassy areas beside your accommodation. Please note, for safety reasons, they not permitted on the balcony or on any decking areas.
- Please take the BBQ’s as you find them, they are not always perfect, they are a token gesture. We prefer you leave them as clean as you can.
- We have other caravans nearby if you are considering a group booking.
Passes to the Resort
Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
