Lakeside caravan with beautiful views, wonderful wildlife, the perfect place to unwind.
Just 15 minutes from Bibury and 10 minutes from the historic Roman market town of Cirencester the caravan is a perfect base for a trip to the Cotswolds.
Bath, Oxford and Stonehenge are all within 1 1/2 hours drive.

The space
Our caravan has a light and airy living space. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 and the dining area is set for 4. There are 2 comfy sofas and patio doors leading out onto a sunny decking area overlooking the lake.
Along the corridor are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and plenty of hanging space, the other with twin beds and a wardrobe. There is also a shower room with toilet and sink.
The caravan is heated via air heating.
There is Wifi throughout.
Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the whole caravan, including the decking area. There is outdoor seating and a BBQ. Please ensure you only use the BBQ on the grassy area beside the unit.
Wifi is Hoburne Wifi and is fine for browsing the internet etc, its not great for anything bigger ie streaming films. If you need better internet access we do have some mifi boxes you can hire at £20 per week. Please ensure you book them ASAP as we only have a limited number.
There is plenty of parking close to the caravan.
Access to the caravan is via key safe. Check in instructions will be sent via email around a week before your stay.
Check in time is 3 pm and check out is 10 am. If you’d like a late check out – 12 pm this is available for an extra charge of £35.
Other things to note
Resort Passes
Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
