Broadway Drive is a quiet cul-de-sac situated close to the resort, here we have premium caravans that are very modern inside, they have large decking areas and private driveways.
‘Broadway’ is a large, modern caravan with 3 bedrooms that sleeps 6, however there is a sofa bed for extra guests in the lounge, this caravan can sleep up to 8 guests.

The Space
‘Broadway’ has a spacious, modern kitchen, it is fully equipped and neatly arranged, it has a large integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a washing machine. In the centre of the kitchen there is a dining room table with 6 chairs.
‘Broadway’ has its own bespoke wifi, for connecting your own devices from home, so you can enjoy all your favourite music and movies.
The lounge has two large comfortable sofas, one of them converts into a large sofa bed, It has a fireplace with a flame effect heater, a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The patio doors open onto a spacious outdoor decking area, where there is plenty of comfortable patio furniture. This is a great social space to enjoy with family and friends in the sunshine.
There is a family shower room with a modern shower cubical. The main bedroom has a double bed and a large dressing table and wardrobe. The second and third bedrooms are both twin rooms with a separate washroom and facilities.
This caravan is suitable for all ages, ideal for a Family holiday. Please note this caravan is not suitable for pets, ideal for guests who suffer with pet allergies.

Guest Access
- There is a parking space directly Infront of this caravan. It is easy to park up and unload your belongings, there is additional parking close by if you have more than one vehicle. Parking is free.
- Access to the caravan is via key safe. Check-in instructions are sent approximately a week prior to the holiday start date with the key code.
- Check-in time is 3pm.
- Check-out is 10am. A later check-out time can be requested until 12pm at an extra charge of £35. (Subject to availability)
Other things to Note
Resort Passes
Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
