Situated in the Cotswolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty, our lodge is perfectly placed. We’re just a 15 minute drive from Bibury Burton on the Water and all the beautiful Cotswolds villages.

The space
The open plan living area is modern and comfortable with two 2 seater settees, decorated to the highest standard to ensure you relax in front of the fire, whilst taking in the stunning views. There is a TV and surround sound music system. There are USB charging points.
The kitchen area has all the facilities you’d expect from a 5* lodge, including a fridge freezer, cooker all to the highest spec. The dining area has a breakfast bar seating 2 and an adjoining dining table seating 4.
There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an en-suite shower room and one with two single beds, each with plenty of storage and hanging space. There is a separate shower room and WC.
Bed linen is provided, please bring your own towels.
There is decking around the lodge. The decking area is a great place to watch the wildlife and take in the wonderful scenery. There are several comfy chairs and a sofa. There is also a BBQ.
The lake is well stocked and the fishing is great. (You have a deck by the side of the lodge that you can fish off with the relevant licence).
Guest Access
Guests have access to the whole caravan, including the decking area. There is outdoor seating and a BBQ. Please ensure you only use the BBQ on the grassy area beside the unit.
Wifi is Hoburne Wifi and is fine for browsing the internet etc, its not great for anything bigger ie streaming films. If you need better internet access we do have some mifi boxes you can hire at £20 per week. Please ensure you book them ASAP as we only have a limited number.
There is allocated parking for 1 car close to the caravan, and plenty more around.
Access to the caravan is via keysafe. Check in instructions will be sent via email around a week before your stay.
Check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am. If you’d like a late check out – 12pm this is available for an extra charge of £35.
Other things to note
Resort Passes
Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
