The space

‘Water’s Edge’ is remarkably spacious inside, the layout is open plan, the kitchen is well equipped and neatly arranged. The triangular dining table with bench seating is a delightful area to dine.

There is an L shaped sofa in the lounge which converts into a large sofa bed, TV, and electric flame effect heater. The patio doors open out into the spacious outside decking area, so you can enjoy the lake view and hopefully some sunshine. 

The main bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage space, a large wardrobe, together with its own private ensuite facilities.

There is a separate modern shower room. The second bedroom is a standard twin room, with two single beds. The third bedroom has one single bed, and a half size bed suitable for a child aged up to 10 years.

This caravan is cheerful even on a gloomy day, the perfect place to spend time quality time away with friends and family, it ticks many boxes because it is pet friendly too.

Guest Access

• There are several parking spaces close by so you can park up and unload your belongings. Parking is free. 

• Access to the caravan is via key safe. Check-in instructions are sent approximately a week prior to the holiday start date with the key code.

• Check-in time is 3pm.

• Check-out is 10am. A later check-out time can be requested until 12pm at an extra charge of £35. (Subject to availability)

Other things to note

• This is the perfect location for fishing, whether you are an experienced fisherman or a novice, this is the perfect spot for anglers of all abilities.

• We love dogs and they are very welcome to stay here, it is an additional £30 to bring them along, please do inform us when making your reservation.

• We have BBQs available for use, but they are fully your responsibility, we do not provide coals. It is very important that are only used on the grassy areas beside your accommodation. Please note, for safety reasons, they not permitted on the balcony or on any decking areas.

• Please take the BBQ’s as you find them, they are not always perfect, they are a token gesture. We prefer you leave them as clean as you can when you leave.

• We have other caravans nearby if you are considering a group booking.

Passes to the Resort

Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
