Holiday Caravan in the Cotswolds

The space

‘Waterlily’ has a beautifully arranged open plan layout. There is a dining table that seats 4 comfortably, the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of room for groceries it has plenty of cupboard space and a fridge/freezer. Everything you need for cooking and spending time with family and friends.

The lounge has one large sofa which converts into a large sofa bed, there is also an armchair. There is a flat screen TV and electric flame effect fire.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a spacious walk-in wardrobe, extra space for all your clothes. There is a lovely dressing table and its very own ensuite facilities, a little washroom with a sink, toilet, and heated towel rail.

The second bedroom is a standard twin room with cupboard space and a small wardrobe. There is also family shower room with a modern shower cubical.

This charming caravan has patio doors that open onto decking to enjoy the spectacular views across Mallard Lake. Shaded by the trees this is the perfect place to watch the sunset over the lake. For anglers this is a great fishing spot.

Guest Access

• There is a parking space directly Infront of this caravan. It is easy to park up and unload your belongings, there is additional parking, close by if you have more than one vehicle. Parking is free. 

• Access to the caravan is via key safe. Check-in instructions are sent approximately a week prior to the holiday start date with the key code.

• Check-in time is 3pm.

• Check-out is 10am. A later check-out time can be requested until 12pm at an extra charge of £35. (Subject to availability)

Other things to note

• Please bring your own towels.

• We have BBQs available for use, they are fully your responsibility, we do not provide coals. It is very important that are only used on the grassy areas beside your accommodation. Please note, for safety reasons, they not permitted on the balcony or on any decking areas.

• Please take the BBQ’s as you find them, they are not always perfect, they are a token gesture. We prefer you leave them as clean as you can.

• We have other caravans nearby if you are considering a group booking.

Resort Passes

Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
