Set right on the lake our cute little lodge is perfect for a great getaway in the Cotswolds.
Our lodge has a lovely cosy lounge with a sofa, armchair, and TV. The patio doors open right out onto the decking. The fully equipt kitchen area is modern and has all you need for a self catering stay. There is a microwave, fridge freezer, stove and oven.

There are 2 bedrooms both with king size beds. All bed linen is provided, please bring your own towels. There is a modern shower room.
Please note you can hear the road.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the whole lodge, including the decking area. There is outdoor seating and a BBQ. Please ensure you only use the BBQ on the grassy area beside the unit.
Wifi is Hoburne Wifi and is fine for browsing the internet etc, its not great for anything bigger ie streaming films. If you need better internet access we do have some mifi boxes you can hire at £20 per week. Please ensure you book them ASAP as we only have a limited number.
There is allocated parking for 1 car close to the lodge, and plenty more around.
Access to the lodge is via keysafe. Check in instructions will be sent via email around a week before your stay.
Check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am. If you’d like a late check out – 12pm this is available for an extra charge of £35.
Other things to note
Resort Passes
Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
