Historians have evidence to suggest that William Shakespeare came to the Cotswolds and witnessed a wedding at Berkeley Castle, It is believed this event encouraged him to write ‘Midsummer’s Night Dream!’ Each year, thousands of wedding guests arrive in the Cotswolds to witness their loved ones tie the knot. Here at the park, we have a range of accommodation that is perfect for a short break.
Positioned on Mallard Lake we have a luxurious, 2-bedroom caravan. ‘Sunrise’ presents the perfect opportunity for people to escape the day to day. It shares a resemblance to a modern apartment, however it is situated in country-side bliss with a superb lakeview.
The patio doors open outwards onto the impressive outside deck, which has comfortable outdoor furniture. For anglers’ this is a superb fishing spot. ‘Sunrise’ is suitable for all ages, but ideal for grown-ups’ to enjoy its sophisticated and sociable layout.

The space
‘Sunrise’ has a modern fully equipped kitchen, smooth monochrome surfaces, American style fridge freezer and a dishwasher.
The dining area is tiered, it has a dining table and raised breakfast bar with tall leather stools. The worktops have a quartz finish, the whole kitchen is lit up beautifully by ceiling lights.
‘Sunrise’ has its own bespoke Wifi. In the lounge it has a mounted, flat screen TV which is in a good position as it can be seen in the kitchen also. There is a modern electric fireplace with flame effect, two cream sofas with elegant soft furnishings.
The main bathroom has a shower over a full-size jacuzzi bath. The Master bedroom comprises of a double bed and private ensuite shower room. Stylish and in keeping with the rest of the caravan, the second bedroom is a comfortable twin room.

Guest Access
- There are parking spaces directly Infront of this caravan. It is easy to park up and unload your belongings. Parking is free.
- Access to the caravan is via key safe. Check-in instructions are sent approximately a week prior to the holiday start date with the key code.
- Check-in time is 3pm.
- Check-out is 10am. A later check-out time can be requested until 12pm at an extra charge of £35. (Subject to availability)
Other things to note
- This is the perfect location for fishing, whether you are an experienced fisherman or a novice, this is the perfect spot for anglers of all abilities.
- We have BBQs available for use, they are fully your responsibility, we do not provide coals. It is very important that are only used on the grassy areas beside your accommodation. Please note, for safety reasons, they not permitted on the balcony or on any decking areas.
- Please take the BBQ’s as you find them, they are not always perfect, they are a token gesture. We prefer you leave them as clean as you can.
- We have other caravans nearby if you are considering a group booking.
Passes to the Resort
Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
