Holiday Caravan in the Cotswolds

The space

‘Puddleduck’ is a classic style caravan with an open plan kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen is well-equipped, neatly arranged with plenty of cupboard space and a large fridge/freezer. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.

The lounge has a large comfortable sofa and two reclining leather chairs with foot stalls. There is a modern flame effect fireplace, a wall mounted TV and music system with speakers. This caravan has electric central heating through-out.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a delightful dressing table, two very large wardrobes and wall mounted TV, this bedroom also has own private ensuite facilities, a little sink and toilet.

In keeping with the rest of the caravan, the second bedroom is a neatly arranged twin room with a wardrobe and its own little TV.  There is a family shower room and heated towel rail. Outside you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views, partake in some fishing, or maybe chill out with a glass of wine and a BBQ on a sunny evening.

Guest Access

• There are several parking spaces close by. It is easy to park up and unload your belongings. Parking is free. 

• Access to the caravan is via key safe. Check-in instructions are sent approximately a week prior to the holiday start date with the key code.

• Situated near to some excellent fishing spots, whether you are an experienced fisherman or a novice, this is perfect for anglers of all abilities.

• Check-in time is 3pm.

• Check-out is 10am. A later check-out time can be requested until 12pm at an extra charge of £35. (Subject to availability)

Other things to note

• We love dogs and they are very welcome to stay here, it is an additional £30 to bring them along, please do inform us when making your reservation.

• We have BBQs available for use, but they are fully your responsibility, we do not provide coals. It is very important that are only used on the grassy areas beside your accommodation. Please note, for safety reasons, they not permitted on the balcony or on any decking areas.

• Please take the BBQ’s as you find them, they are not always perfect, they are a token gesture. We prefer you leave them as clean as you can.

• We have other caravans nearby if you are considering a group booking.

Resort Passes

Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
