Situated on Heron Lake we have several holiday lodges, these wooden havens provide an opportunity for an unforgettable holiday. Each lodge is unique they are all decorated and furnished differently.

The space
‘Lodge on the Lake’ has a large decking area to enjoy the lake view, the patio door entrance leads into an open plan lounge and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped, and its features include a breakfast bar a coffee machine and a funky fridge freezer. There is a small dining table with two velvet chairs by the window so you can enjoy the lake view.
The lounge is spacious and has a comfortable L shaped sofa, textured soft furnishing. There is a large fireplace that features an electric stove, a smart TV and a DVD player. This lodge benefits from having its own bespoke Wifi.
The master bedroom has a double bed, a spacious pine wardrobe with a large mirror, there is an electric flame effect heater and a small wall mounted TV. There is a large fan which becomes very useful during the warmer months.
The second bedroom is a sweet little twin room with two single beds. The layout includes a family shower room that has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. This Lodge is perfect for all ages and it is also pet friendly. For anglers this is a perfect location for fishing.

Guest Access
- There is plenty of parking spaces in the car park to the rear of this lodge, it is easy to park up and unload your belongings. Parking is free.
- Access to the Lodge is via key safe. Check-in instructions are sent approximately a week prior to the holiday start date with the key code.
- Check-in time is 3pm.
- Check-out is 10am. A later check-out time can be requested until 12pm at an extra charge of £35. (Subject to availability)
Other things to note
- This is the perfect location for fishing, whether you are an experienced fisherman or a novice, this is the perfect spot for anglers of all abilities.
- Please bring your own towels.
- We love dogs and they are very welcome to stay here, it is an additional £30 to bring them along, please do inform us when making your reservation.
- We have BBQs available for use, they are fully your responsibility, we do not provide coals. It is very important that are only used on the grassy areas beside your accommodation. Please note, for safety reasons, they not permitted on the balcony or on any decking areas.
- Please take the BBQ’s as you find them, they are not always perfect, they are a token gesture. We prefer you leave them as clean as you can.
- We have other Lodges nearby if you are considering a group booking.
Resort Passes
Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
