Tucked away at the top of Mallard Lake is a neatly presented 2-bedroom caravan. ‘Kingfisher’ is beautifully arranged with soft furnishings that complement the space. It has attractive artwork, rugs and throws. This is an idyllic place to relax and to spend time with loved ones, there is a generous size deck with patio furniture.
This caravan sleeps 4 comfortability. There is also a sofa bed for an extra guest if required.

The space
‘Kingfisher’ has an open plan layout, the kitchen is well-equipped and neatly arranged with plenty of cupboard space and a large fridge/freezer. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.
The lounge is light and airy, sunlight shines in through the large patio doors. There is a large comfortable sofa and armchair, an electric fireplace, a 55” flat screen smart TV and DVD Player.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed a delightful little dressing table there are two large wardrobes with plenty of space, it also has own private ensuite facilities, a sink and toilet.
Stylish and in keeping with the rest of the caravan, the second bedroom is a comfortable twin room, opposite there is a family shower room.
The patio doors open outwards onto an outside deck where there is patio furniture.

Guest Access
- There are parking spaces in a car spark next to the caravan. It is easy to park up and unload your belongings. Parking is free.
- Access to the caravan is via key safe. Check-in instructions are sent approximately a week prior to the holiday start date with the key code.
- Check-in time is 3pm.
- Check-out is 10am. A later check-out time can be requested until 12pm at an extra charge of £35. (Subject to availability)
Other things to note
- Please bring your own towels.
- We love dogs and they are very welcome to stay here, it is an additional £30 to bring them along, please do inform us when making your reservation.
- We have BBQs available for use, they are fully your responsibility, we do not provide coals. It is very important that are only used on the grassy areas beside your accommodation. Please note, for safety reasons, they not permitted on the balcony or on any decking areas.
- Please take the BBQ’s as you find them, they are not always perfect, they are a token gesture. We prefer you leave them as clean as you can.
- We have other caravans nearby if you are considering a group booking.
Resort Passes
Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
