Here at the holiday park, there are lots of things to do. We have 4 fishing lakes, 2 swimming pools, entertainment, crazy golf and play parks.
Here on Mallard Lake, we have several classic style caravans near to the lake. They are ideal for families. There is plenty of parking and so it is convenient for unloading your belongings.
‘The Burrow’ is a neatly presented 3 bedroom caravan. Please note this caravan does not have a decking area, however there are plenty picturesque spots by the lake and picnic areas to enjoy close by.

The space
‘The Burrow’ has an open plan layout, it’s a sociable space to enjoy. It has a fully equipped kitchen which is neatly arranged with plenty of cupboard space for groceries.
The dining table has 2 chairs and bench seating and the lounge has a comfortable wrap around sofa. There is a flat screen TV and an electric fireplace.
The Master bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
Both the second and third bedrooms are comfortable twin rooms with a wardrobes. There is a separate family shower room.

Guest Access
- There is a parking close to the caravan. It is easy to park up and unload your belongings. Parking is free.
- Access to the caravan is via key safe. Check-in instructions are sent approximately a week prior to the holiday start date with the key code.
- Check-in time is 3pm.
- Check-out is 10am. A later check-out time can be requested until 12pm at an extra charge of £35. (Subject to availability)
Other things to note
- Please bring your own towels.
- We love dogs and they are very welcome to stay here. It is an additional £30 to bring them along, please do inform us when making your reservation.
- This is the perfect location for fishing, whether you are an experienced fisherman or a novice, this is the perfect spot for anglers of all abilities.
- We have BBQs available for use, they are fully your responsibility, we do not provide coals. It is very important that are only used on the grassy areas beside your accommodation. Please note, for safety reasons, they not permitted on the balcony or on any decking areas.
- Please take the BBQ’s as you find them, they are not always perfect, they are a token gesture. We prefer you leave them as clean as you can.
- We have other caravans nearby if you are considering a group booking.
Resort Passes
Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
